My career 😍

 Hi, how are you all? today I would like to talk to you about my career, as I mentioned before, my career is chemistry and pharmacy.

Ever since I decided I liked this career, my whole family and friends have been asking me why, why something with so much chemistry? Do you want to work in a pharmacy when you grow up? And many other things, like the typical phrase "And, do you know how to make drugs already?”. With this, one realizes that there is a lot of misinformation about our career, what does he do and its super wide field of work, even though everyone has seen a pharmaceutical chemist at least once in their life.

From the beginning this career was my first choice, I always liked science, especially chemistry and biology, like everything related to the health area, but I never wanted to be a doctor, I liked doing experiments, creating, researching and discovering new things, and this is where the broad field of pharmaceutical chemists comes in.

The pharmaceutic can do his work in a hospital or a clinic, by managing and coordinating all the patient’s treatments. They can work in a laboratory, by doing all the process to prepare a medicament, or in a cosmetic industry, where they prepare things like cleaning articles (like soap, shampoo) and creams, etc. Also, the pharmaceutics can work in investigation projects, and this is the area I like the most.

Well, this is my career and I hope one day to achieve my goals and become a great pharmacist, just as I hope that one day the prejudices that we only work in pharmacies will be overcome.
